No, no, no. Not all of the systems in our body are alkalized. The stomach functions at a pH of 1.5, for example. While it's true that cancer cells don't do well in an alkaline environment, neither do your other cells. The body also has a way of maintaining homeostasis, so any extra of anything is going to end up in your urine, probably damaging your kidneys and liver on the way out. If your body cannot maintain that balance, it put you at risk for acidosis AKA very not good.

It should also be noted that diet has no significant impact on your body's pH balance.
