I had to dig deep in Literature to find a quote that fits my feelings on this WaPo Opinion Piece, and it's Author.

Here is part of One Paragraph, out of many in this garbage pile:
"The Republican cult of victimhood is dangerous because if you believe that you have been wronged by forces beyond your control, you may also believe that you are justified in fighting back by any means imaginable. There’s a reason totalitarian movements so often rely on victimhood myths...".
Think back to the Summer and Fall of this Year. Who was responsible for, and why were so many communities in America looted, burned, and destroyed? Don't tell Me, "Some People did Something."
