Why The Starbucks Arrests Are a Problem

I like this guy's take on the Starbuck's SNAFU. Personally I think their coffee sucks anyway, so me saying I will take my business elsewhere means nothing. I have said before that this is not like making a major purchase, where comparison shopping is not only expected, but the smart idea. This is coffee. If you go into a coffee shop, it is not unreasonable for the business to expect a purchase to be made or asking the individual to leave.
