this is most Spot On... I have 5 in the House and one in each vehicle for emergencies... and Have given them for Christmas presents over the years...

Snivel honorable mentions:
1) Sleep Shirt, Sallypro before there was such a thing
2) Smoking jacket; if you don't know what I mean, sucks to be you
3) Black wool watch cap; stays warm when wet, worn for decades on many a bad ass mission, now unauthorized, I don't care and haven't given it up
4) British Buffalo Special 6 shirt; not issue but those in the know swear by it, don't patrol with it on, it's a sauna, nonissue, unauthorized, don't care, worn mine on four continents
5) Canteen cup stove; carried not worn, if you don't have a Tommy cooker aka hexi tab stove you might be fucked up
