Why this man who barged in on his cheating wife could go to jail for 15 years

Sounds to me like a case ripe for jury nullification.

The man tracked his iPhone and accidentally found grounds for divorce and charges against the man for alienation of affection. He found she had not been kidnapped or harmed but something as devastating. This should have been his defense. Righteousness is going to hell in a hand basket.

Hypergamy is a real thing. I hope the jury & judge are sympathetic to Mr Donis.
