I'd like to hear from VA employees how Windstream has impacted care at the VA Medical Centers? Is this an improvement that allows improved connectivity and support for the VAMC?

I have had both positive and negative results with Windstream.......as much as this appears to be news, it seems more like they are using the fact they are now a VA authorized service provider to boost sales.

SrA Chris "Shadow" McGee, I agree that Windstream may be using this for that purpose, but I hope it is having a positive overall impact on the VA system and our care.

As long as they aren't any locations with bad service it should. When their services are working they are good, but they have had regional problems in the past where the service wasn't great.
