Am I the only one who immediately thought of Idiocracy where all the smart people were holding off on breeding until better circumstances came about, while all the dumb people were breeding with everything that moved.

You really have to wonder if this is an article that is created to cause some hype and controversy, it would be great to have some hard number of how many woman, tens, hundreds, thousands? and not just the percentages of 56% women to 44% men.
IVF gives women and families a wonder choice they did not have 30 years ago, just to have the ability to freeze their eggs and postpone child rearing can help a marriage survive the first critical 5 to 10 years when couples are developing their careers.
Many woman want to have a career and not sacrifice it because they want children during their prime child rearing years.
Is this BBC hype or legit, I think it is BBC hype.

LTC John Shaw - That could very well be true. I'm more amused by the parallels between this story, an 11 year old movie, and the state of our current society.
