What also concerns me, is the thought process of the two women from Louisville, who hoped on a bus to LA without housing, and/or jobs lined up. Maybe fifteen years ago that was ok, but things have changed drastically in LA over the past five to seven years. There is a housing shortage that strains the middle class pocketbook.
