The required qualifications are bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical with a minimum of 8 years pulp or paper production experience with 5-7 years in a leadership role preferred but will consider a minimum of 12 years pulp or paper production experience with 5-7 years in a leadership role without a degree. The chemical aspect is regarding the chemicals used in the pulp process, etc.
I was trying to identify groups that may have those with a chemical background and I apologize if I've selected the incorrect group (I'm still fairly new to RallyPoint and trying to figure out the different posting groups).
