The Senior HR Generalist provides human resources services, programs and initiatives for the Jesup Mill to achieve business objectives, improve organizational performance, and build employee value and job satisfaction. The senior generalist is responsible for the timely completion of projects and assignments within the department and professional development to prepare him or her to advance to higher level professional or management roles within the HR team. Scope includes staffing and employment, recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, performance management and diversity programs.
