The Safety Engineer leads and manages Safety and Health for identified client groups. Ensures that client group needs are met in the areas of policy/program/procedure implementation, interpretation and maintenance; safety and health regulation compliance; industrial hygiene; emergency preparation and response; safety inspections; hazard assessment and evaluation, incident investigation and follow-up; accident prevention efforts; and advice and consultation on safety and health matters. Serve as the primary contact for Industrial Hygiene. Provides back-up support and assistance to other members of the Safety Department in meeting the safety and health needs of the Jesup Mill.
