Rayonier Advanced Materials is hiring a Shift Supervisor, Finishing at our Jesup, GA plant. The Shift Supervisor, Finishing is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing operations for a designated shift in the Finishing and Warehouse department to optimize Plant performance, meet customer requirements and achieve plant objectives. Areas of responsibility include three finishing lines with packaging and warehousing. Scope covers all aspects of ongoing shift operations including safety and housekeeping, quality, production, environmental control, equipment repair and reliability, cost control, chemical and raw material usage and people management.
