Sgt Wayne Wood Always difficult finding balance on a slippery slope. The balance between competition and profitability. If a company doesn't have any competition, then the only reason to make changes is to charge more money. If it is not profitable, then the company won't try to innovate. Tech is a little different because techno folks tend to innovate just to see if they can, but there will come a point where even that is not worth their effort. I definitely agree that there shouldn't be less than ten companies controlling 90% of digital commerce.

Sgt Wayne Wood - I agree, but on the other hand, you cannot rely on businesses to police themselves. The one constant both in government and corporations is greed. Greedy politicians can be bought by any lobbying group with the funds or dubious morality. Businesses just want more profits for the executives and share holders.
