Worldwide Recruiting provides highly skilled Veterans with the opportunity to apply and qualify for potential employment. Veterans will receive individualized support from a team of dedicated program staff who will coordinate all facets of the candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Veteran candidates will be pre-screened to ensure they have the potential to meet each position’s requirements. Minimum targeted requirements include:

An Honorable Discharge from the military
Technical IT training and performance (3 years or more)
Must have a current security clearance
Basic pre-employment screening requirements

The Federal Government sponsors tax credits and benefits designed to help Employers and Veterans connect. Available benefits include:

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), which enables employers who hire and retain certain eligible Veterans to reduce their employer's federal income tax liability by as much as $9,600 per Veteran hired.1

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) sponsored Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) benefits such as the Special Employer Incentive (SEI) Program.2

GI Bill® training and education benefits to attend IT related training - e.g., "cyber security" programs at accredited vocational technical schools throughout the nation.
