I might consider my Ruger Blackhawk .41 Mag. Actually my S&W 686 .357 Mag is the only revolver I carry.

TSgt Larry Johnson - I like it. It was the King briefly then the .44Mag reared it's ugly head. The .41 will always be in my collection.

Carried my hog leg when I went deer hunting until the hog problem got so big in Texas. Now I carry a Sig P-220 SAO in 10mm

I carry one in the woods where I'm not worried about concealment. Usually just a Ruger Single Six with the 22 Mag cylinder in it for around the homestead, something bigger if I'm out amongst the bears and other large critters.
