Wv Veteran Suicide Prevention Program

Clearly, the "Shadow" knows. We need an unitified national concept and local network providing daily and readily accessible support to both mil/vets and others in our general population these resources.
Currently, we don't have local, grassroots options folks can use long before their situation reaches the crisis level requiring clinical treatment
Question: Are our mil/vets and their partners so poorly trained and experienced that they can not trusted to help their true peers locally OR must all individuals be automatically entered directly in clinical treatment programs?

Every state should have a similar program.....
