I presume you're referring to the European "democratic socialist"countries. There's a pretty stark divide between democracies and authoritarian regimes, regardless of economic model. They do not view PRC as a sister. Most "democratic socialist" countries such as those in Europe still have strong capital markets. PRC is a mixed economy as well, but it's defining characteristic isn't socialism, it's authoritarian nationalism. That being said, most are concerned about the PRC's unapologetic authoritarianism, but are distracted by domestic and regional issues such as Russia and Brexit and immigration policy and Euro-finance. They view countries like Venezuela in much the same way.
