Considering his boss pled the Fifth multiple times donyou really expect the head of the investigative agency to be able to get one?

SSG Michael Hartsfield - they seized the computer as part of a criminal investigation of Weiner.
Everything on that computer is lawfully seized.

Actually, according to United States v. Riccardi, 405 F.3d 852 (10th Cir. 2005). Warrant to seize and examine defendant's computer, which did not specify any particular files or any specific federal crime, failed to satisfy the Fourth Amendment's particularity requirement. The warrant allowed the officers to search for anything, which the court held was the kind of wide-ranging exploratory search that the Framers intended to prohibit.
So, COL William Oseles unless she was apart of that investigation AND they had a warrant to look at her individual emails, they can't get it legally and Comey should have known that

SSG Michael Hartsfield - which makes my original point. GIVEN that Lynch pled the Fifth to protect herself or her boss say he will not be able to get a warrant and you will be ok with them sweeping criminal activity under the rug. GOT it.
Just like the BLIVET that Comey did not see INTENT and that was why he did not recommend charges even though INTENT is not required to prosecute mishandling of classified information which has already been demonstrated in her emails.

OBTW, while the emails were legally seized with the computer they are not reviewing them because Lynch will not give them a warrant to review them. How much you want to bet that that will not come before 9 November?

CBS News: Comey had previously pledged to inform Congress if anything new came up related to the private email server investigation, and officials at the FBI believed the new information on the laptop shared by former congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife and top Clinton aide Huma Abedin rose to that level, according to the source.

Do you support undue influence as well? Because that is what this is. Comey knew was he was doing and he made a bad decision to make up for the flaming he was getting for not indicting HRC. That is why that tradition existed, to not give the appearance of trying to influence an election, but I guess if it involves someone you don't like, all bets are off

SSG Michael Hartsfield Director Comey is trying to save face. Internal pressure of dropping the ball last time and not dropping the hammer on Killary got to him. Has a stack of resignations on his desk of career agents, being ostracized in his agency. Trying to restore integrity in the top law enforcement agency in the US.

So he's trying to restore integrity by not following basic protocol (getting a warrant) and then making a vaguely worded and potentially damaging statement without getting said warrant? I get that he's facing internal pressure MSgt C Madd but making a bad decision to make up for another is only going to hasten his departure.

Considering that Judicial Watch released 725 pages of State Department emails between Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin. 250 of the 725 pages were 100 percent redacted.
That is over 1/3 of the pages FULLY redacted. Considering it also reported that she sent copies of her emails from her state.gov account to her personal account the odds are HIGH that there is classified information among the emails discovered that Lynch will not let them review.
I suppose they could always arrest Weiner for improper storage of classified information and throw him under the bus.
