No 3 year old even understands this gender crap. they are just little kids who should be playing and having fun. It is the adults who are corrupting these young children for their own purposes.

At 3? Seriously? 3 year olds are not on a gender journey. They are on a curiosity and world exploration journey.
A 3 year old boy who wears pink, a dress, or even a pink dress is not expressing his desire to be a girl, he is exploring what dresses feel like, or how the color pink looks on him. Even if he decides that he LIKES pink dresses, it still doesn't mean anything about gender. Dresses FEEL different than pants or shorts. It may just feel fun to have the swishy hemline or freer legs.
The idea that a 3 year old or even a 6 year old has a good enough understanding of the difference between "male" and "female" to express a desire to be the opposite gender - or even to express a desire to be their OWN gender - is patently ridiculous.
