Of the Fouron this list that I have seen, I would recommend them all. Especially at the price. Of course it is all just my opinion, but here goes:
The Finest hours was a redemption for the Coast Guard following the Guardian. Based on true events, with some great effects, and it does a good job of capturing the fear faced by everyone involved. I didn't think I would enjoy the film nearly as much as I did.
Patton, I don't really think I need to go into Patton, it is a great film with great actors, about a larger than life general.
Twelve O' Clock High was a movie I watched late at night when I couldn't find anything else that looked interesting. I was glad to have watched it. It runs a full range of human emotion, set against WWII Army Air Corps Bomber Corps. It is a well made film.
Saving Private Ryan, A common theme here emotion. Part of what makes Saving Private Ryan so great is the emotional pull of the film. It has a great cast, a great story, and is well worth the time investment.
