The implication absolutely is...let's get a SM for his great insurance. Maybe I am reading too much into it though!

SFC Pete Kain I think we can all agree that some do use other people or have agreements with others for the extra money for deployments, but overall I do not believe BAH hunters are the overwhelming portion of the military spouses. In some units maybe, but I would doubt as a whole.

The implication is there, however it can be applied either way. It could be a male or a female seeking to better his or her situation or needing healthcare for an existing condition. In addition the benefits do not stop at healthcare for which they can have access. BAH Military shopping benefits, retirement pay, childcare, and MWR to list a few.
