The implication absolutely is...let's get a SM for his great insurance. Maybe I am reading too much into it though!

COL Lee Flemming I can see that it is crazy to advertise a stereotype. I think I laughed only because it was like did they really do that?

Truth hurts, there are people that marry for the benefits.

SFC Pete Kain I think we can all agree that some do use other people or have agreements with others for the extra money for deployments, but overall I do not believe BAH hunters are the overwhelming portion of the military spouses. In some units maybe, but I would doubt as a whole.

LTC (Join to see) - True enough. But still happens often enough that I found it to be funny. I have a wry sense of humor.

SFC Pete Kain - I laughed because I have witnessed BAH hunters in action and was like someone on the inside must have put this on their site.

The implication is there, however it can be applied either way. It could be a male or a female seeking to better his or her situation or needing healthcare for an existing condition. In addition the benefits do not stop at healthcare for which they can have access. BAH Military shopping benefits, retirement pay, childcare, and MWR to list a few.
