So have we for emergency vehicles, now it's for ANY vehicle. FHP has been on the interstates near the borders issuing warnings and will supposedly begin tickets in February.

Actually, all 50 states have a "Move Over" law for first responders and possibly others*.
I live in Virginia and did some looking into it last summer because they are expanding it to include disabled vehicles as well*.
