I've been seeing this chart for YEARS. Not sure how it is "new."
On a related note, always save your 10. As soon as you rate something a 10 - meaning that your pain is as bad as it could possibly be - the universe senses a challenge. Getting shot with a broken collarbone and a collapsed lung was an 8. Save those high numbers, folks.

Good chart. Mine is usually a 5 but flares to 7. Really think twice before you have shoulder operations.
