She is threatening and intimidating members of the council and should be charged, this is not free speech. Like I said before in another discussion it seems Seattle, WA and Portland, OR has issues with dealing with people like this and at some point the rest of the population will act electorally and fix it.

SGT (Join to see) - Seattle PD has been in some scandals, but it's not as bad as they make it seem... And yes, there are TONS of people that will get triggered off the dumbest shit... Example, I was on Capitol hill and I accidentally walked into a lady and I said 'Sorry Ma'am" and she/he/it said "Did you seriously just call me Ma'am?? Get real".... Like wtf?

SGT (Join to see) - I don't live there but repeatedly we see riots in Seattle and Portland over other idealogical crap like the once upon a time Worldwide Conference held in Seattle as well as Occupy Wall Street protests. I am not kidding when I say there is a Anarchist population that has settled in the two cities. I am not sure if it is an offshoot of the long ago drug and grunge scenes but the Anarchists seem to be concentrated in those two cities.
