Learn as much as you can from the other NCOs that’ll be in your platoon. Plus study the FISTER Bible (3-09.30) as much as possible. Good Luck

Get in the book, learn and don’t be afraid to ask questions from the other NCOs, Fisters look out for each other, they call us the Bastard Children of the King of Battle for a reason dude
