I recently got a (FQ-NS) for warrant as a 153A Aircraft Pilot, is there anything I can do to make my packet look better? also what are my chances as a SPC and what is the pick up rate, etc. ?

Just wait until the next board comes out. It happens. My friend had it happen to him, and the next board he was selected.

And he was a SFC Drill Sergeant with excellent NCOERs. The Army is so short on pilots, and 40% of WOs are eligible to retire in the next 4 years.

I was non selected on the May board. I did some work on my resume and got another LOR. I was selected this board
