Looking to hear from some recent 25D graduates that can speak on what the course is like now?

Also, what kind of suggestions do you have for someone coming from Intel/35 series branch with little IT/Signals background

I was part of the 007 -25D class and I can shed some light. The current students go through rigorous SANs courses that have live instruction for a week followed by extensive study for a week and a GIAC proctored test. Currently there are three mandatory ones to pass: the GCCC, GCIH, and GCED with and optional GCIA. For more on those you can visit SAN website.

They also study Powershell, Kali and security onion. All the classes require you to have self discipline. As for having an IT background, it does help but there is a lot to learn.

You'll probably get a better response on Facebook. Try Signal Leaders Network or Army Signal Cyber Defenders.
