Responsibilities include:
• Unit-level maintenance on aircraft powertrain and rotor systems
• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of powertrain components
• Inventory management and requisition of parts
• Maintenance of shop tools and equipment
• Ensuring safe maintenance operations
• Other duties as directed.

Must have requirements:

• At least Eight (8) years’ experience and two (2) within the last five (5) years as an aircraft powertrain mechanic.
• Experience with CH-47 aircraft preferred.
• Ability to perform unit-level maintenance on powertrain and rotor systems.
• Proficiency in inventory management and requisition of parts
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in maintenance operations
• Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces Powertrain course or civilian equivalent training.
• Possess a valid state or Government-issued driver’s license.
• Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have:
NDI Level II or higher preferred.
