What’s it like being a 15R?

It’s a lot of work as you deal with airframe, powertrain, and propulsion among others. I’m the other side of the Apache world (15Y) and we handle the electrical, navigation, comms, weapons, and survivablilty. We are better, and are ok with letting y’all (the winded drinking window lickers) how it is. But on a serious note, it’s a tough but rewarding job. You will bust your Ass.

It’s what you make of it, everyone will have there own opinion about it. Some days will be good, some days will be straight up the worst.

Fun and hard work. But gratifying.
