Has anyone else had trouble getting their PME for promotion?

I’ve been trying to get all three phases done for 15T since 2015. Every time I get put in for a school, the wait list is super long. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep PME has been a real pain, especially since STEP kicked off. PPOM 18-01 made it even worse because those that were promoted prior to the implementation of STEP were starting to loose rank. Now there is waiver policies floating around to ease the burden but it only a bandaid until the new revisions of ALC start. Good luck stay fit and volunteer for any shortfalls that may come.

ALC was a three year wait to get phase 1. Another year between 1,2, and 3. So all together sixish years...
