Looking to hear about personal experiences from any 15T and 15U. I am planning on going active next year, and thinking about changing MOS.

I am debating changing MOS from 11B.

I had a buddy from one of my last units before I retired that was a retread 11B but he was active.... it took him a little time to adjust to since he was used the closer camaraderie from a infantry squad.... I'm not sure if he ever fully accepted how different it was. He was a good guy though.

Do it. As flight crew you get guaranteed rest. If you're smart enough and young enough you can do 153A and be a pilot. Live the good life in the army in aviation.

Under the prior service business rules, you may not be offered either of those. I'd talk to a recruiter to see if it is in the realm of the possible.

SPC Conner Tucker - those two MOSs I mean. People do conditional releases all the time. People on here who are inprocess say that it moves glacially slow

LTC Jason Mackay Understood, I ETS next year, so it won't be a conditional release. (Already tried that option)
