I am trying to figure out Logistics Captain Career Course for National Guard
Does anyone know what is the time line? I was tracking phase one is online and phase two is in person, but my unit is only finding two in person phases for only two weeks each. That’s obviously way too short.

No. you have it right.
There are three actual portions that make up the LG CCC, and if everything was done back to back it would be done inside of 2 months.
The on-line portion is not considered a Phase. The on-line portion is the common core across all CCC Branches. It takes quite a while to get through it.
Here's how it works:
Through your training section get enrolled in the on-line portion.
When the on-line portion is completed you will then be allowed to enroll in Phase 1 and Phase 2 for the LG CCC (or whatever your branch is).
Phase 1 is two weeks of orders.
Phase 2 is also another two weeks of orders.
The in person Phase 1 and 2 can be completed back to back with a break in orders (usually a weekend).

There is no requirement that any of the parts that compose the entirety of CCC be completed in the same Calendar or Fiscal year. So you could complete the entirety of it over a number of Y-E-A-R-S!!!!!

My personal example:
1) On-Line portion completed December 2020
But you CANNOT enroll in your in person phases with out it done.
2) Phase 1 completed early June 2021 - 2 weeks of orders
3) Phase 2 completed late June 2021 2 weeks of orders

Personal opinion, if you wait till you are actually a CPT you'll get paid more.
