Two things - first, while you're in the course you're supposed to be on permissive TDY. CSP authorizes up to 6 months of PTDY for job training. Second, you can't go on transition leave and then clear. That's regular leave. Transition leave is the leave you take after you clear. So, basically the recruiter is telling you to burn your leave on job training that you could be doing on permissive TDY.

I understand sgt that the days are gonna be wasted, but their days I'm not gonna be able to use cause I'll be in the class during my 60 day opening for transition leave so if I have to burn 10 days of leave to give me a better chance of securing a job when I get out I'm going to they to do that I appreciate your feed back sergeant

SPC (Join to see) there's no reason it would give you a better chance at a job. Either way, you're still in the Army, and as I said, it's not terminal leave, it's just ordinary leave.
He's basically saying you'll have a better chance to get a job because you'll already be on terminal leave and all but out of the Army. But, you won't be on terminal leave if you haven't cleared yet. You'll just be using regular leave. You would still be in the Army and need to return to sign back in and then clear.
You could be on terminal leave and a class on your own after separation and before your ETS date, but CSP requires that you be placed on PTDY for the duration of the class you're in.
Your recruiter is blowing smoke out his ass.
