I am reclassing to 42A and have not received the Welcome Letter. Who do I contact to receive the Welcome Letter?

May 18 is my report date to Fort Dix for reclass to 42a and I still haven't received the welcome letter, who I contact from AIT to receive the welcome letter?

Looks like you have been reserved since 12 FEB.
Some schools wait until about 1-2 weeks out to send a welcome letter, some don't send one at all.
The information you need is in the SH screen for this course in ATRRS. I assume this is TDY and return before you move to your new job, so you should hit up your company training NCO, or schools NCO in your BN S3, and get your DTS auth submitted for this course soon, ideally by 18 APR.

Unless things have changed you should still need to report to Reception. Do your orders say where to report to once you arrive?

SGT (Join to see) - I've been out for a while, but are you stationed on that base? Are you going TDY? I thought I had orders when I went to BNCOC eventhough I was TDY Return. I don't know, it's been a long time. One of the more recent Senior NCOs or Officers should be on here shortly.
