How do I find out where I stand on the OML for ALC?

I’ve been promotable for some time now (almost 2 years) and I used to get emails from HRC regarding the scheduling summary for ALC. For my MOS slots aren’t granted to Phases 1 & 2 until you are slotted for Phase 3. Which for 68C is only 7 seats per class. Does anyone know how I can find out where I stand?

LTC Jason Mackay it's not accessible. You have to contact your branch manager and ask for a school seat, but the OML itself is not published.

I appreciate it sir. I have talked to my NCOs and received a similar answer to what SFC Michael Hasbun was saying. I wanted to network here prior to reaching out to HRC. Thank you.

SGT(P) (Join to see) have you tried to co tact HRC Schools Branch? They are responsible for NCOES scheduling usually.

I have considered this, but wanted to network a little prior to reaching out to HRC.

SGT(P) (Join to see) HRC is there to help facilitate you. Don’t be reluctant to use the tools at your disposable!

SFC (Join to see) I sent the 68 series school manager a message this morning. I appreciate the advice.

You should ask your Training/Schools NCO first, then your 1SG.
I'm still hazy on this, but I believe Army Career Tracker (ACT) will have your OML information on it.

Thank you. It does for Senior NCO Centralized promotions, but has not yet migrated to the SGT/SSG level.
