Dental Health is crucial to readiness through retirement. Broken teeth from explosion or accidents can leave a path for bad bacteria to enter the body systemically. One tooth I personally broke after spending an exorbitant amount of $ exposed my optic nerve. Teeth roots became lodged in my sinuses. Now that I finally am 100% disabled, I am getting the dental care I needed for years. At the moment, I’m getting care at the Robert Dole VA in Wichita KS where they are taking wonderful care of me.i’ve had two 4 hour sessions still need 4 root canals. With the PACT ACT the number of veterans who are finally eligible for dental care can get on the list for appointments. Make the call the day you are approved. I’d prefer all veterans to have dental care, it’s so crucial to healthy nutrition. What we eat. How we eat. We need to recruit dental hygienists and dentists and upgrade the equipment. I realize with budgetary constraints that this may be impossible
