The reporter asks Trump about disbanding the office that would've led the effort against this pandemic and of course he first cries about it being a nasty question. Then he says he didn't know anything about it even though it's his administration. The man takes no responsibility for anything instead putting the blame on others and the previous administration despite the fact that he's almost into his first full term.

How many overlapping offices/departments/committees do we need? At some point the overlap creates barriers. It's called diminishing returns and bottleneck. If you have more bureaucrats than needed, they siphon off the resources required for any crisis.
