To pass OSUT you'll have to do 60 points in each category. Pull up an ay APFT calculator, or look at a DA Form 705 chart for your age group.

This took me about three seconds to find it. A little bit of advice, don't train for the minimum standards, train for the max. While I was on active duty I never knew what the minimum was for me because I didn't care. I only wanted to know what I had to do to get the max. I didn't always hit the max on each event, but I also never had to worry about whether or not I would pass. You'll also find useful tips on Military.com Good luck!

Initial entry soldiers must score 50 per event on their APFT. Once you get to AIT, you'll have to get at least 60 points in each event. The new ACFT will become official this October. I am a recruiter and we just had a soldier come back home this week after training and told us that both PT are being done right now during training. However, the APFT is the only graduation requirement at this moment.
