After being accepted to attend the 25E course, can my branch still put me on orders or cancel my course reservation?

By the grace of God, I’ve been accepted to attend the 25E course after a long wait. My concern is that my branch management would cancel it on put me on orders to PSC. I’m currently a 91A30 and we’re balanced on the current in and out calls.

No, once you've been accepted for reclass your old branch can't touch you and your new branch can't touch you. Only RRB, Retention and Reclass Branch, can touch you.
Your SRB should have an AEA Code "M" on it. You will be placed on assignment by RRB to your training follow on assignment. You will go TDY enroute to that assignment. It will almost always be a different post. If you need more or less time to report after school your Career Counselor can adjust it to the report date you need

Just know uncle sugar can do anything they want. So yes, you can lose that slot.
