Army Officer Candidate School (OCS) selling leave days? Can SM's sell leave days during attendance of OCS? Can it be under new pay grade of O1E? Any experience or clarification of regs. Is appreciated. I know regs. State NGT 60 days over service and officers only at ETS but have heard conflicting remarks. Thanks

I don't know anything about state regs, but I do know that you can only sell leave during discharge. For a while during the surge you could sell special accrued leave once in your career as well, but that's over.
You are discharged every time you reenlist and will be discharged in order to accept your commission. Since the leave sold is based upon your rank at discharge, it would be under your current grade.
