Im prior marine corps infantry and Reclassing to a 92fox in the guard . I was told i would not go to the full 92f course with me being prior service, but my question is, is that true and what should I expect ? Thanks gents for your insight.

No, it is false. You will be mosq and will go to AIT for 4 weeks

You’ll go to a four week reclass course. The first two weeks is having annexes crammed down your throat one day and the next taking a closed note exam the next. The second two weeks is hands on.

Prior Marine here 2012-2016 , when I came into the Army in 2017 I chose 92F as my mos.... to answer your question yes you will have to go to the entire school... I have a buddy that was Bulk Fuel in the Marines and still had to do the entire 92F school in it’s entirety.... good luck though brother and welcome to the other side.
