I've spent 9 years in the MN Army National Guard as a 25Sierra, SatCom Operator, is this enough experience to meet the requrement for Warrant Officer in a similar field?

Depends. You have to be pretty sharp to be a signal warrant. 25S, in my opinion is the best training you can get. Do you have any AD time?

SSG John Karr 12 months on OIF deployment from 09-10, otherwise been with the NG when I've been state side.
