My friends I was exhausted today after getting little sleep the past two evenings. We had to get up early to meet obligations yesterday and today.
My darling wife sleeps longer than I do [the wonders of sleep apnea :-) ]
Yesterday my darling wife and I had been invited to a local restaurant by the owner to sample the breakfast menu he was introducing today.
Even though I had four hours disturbed sleep I was able to revert to be detailed and methodical approach at evaluation :-)
He appreciated my specific feedback and modified a few things on the spot for me to try. I ate more than I should :-)
Today we met with a man who maintains lawns - moving grass, removing weeds, etc. He is pleasant and efficient and we entered into a biweekly oral contract.
I have enjoyed working in the yard since I was young. My dad grew up on a farm in southern England and I believe I learned my love of the yard from my dad.
I hope and pray you each have a wonderful Friday night and a fun weekend.

We had dinner with a good friend and we discussed ways to fund raise for our local domestic violence shelter which we support.

LTC Stephen F. I now spend leisurely time cooking and creating. I'm proud of my veal parmesan, rice pilaf, and Carribbean cabbage.
