Whoops, I remembered incorrectly. I was at joint base Ali-al-Salem 2 weeks after 9/11 under Operation Enduring Freedom : )

Same timeframe , I was deployed to Kuwait under Operation Iraqi freedom (if I remember correctly, that is - LoL). My permanent duty station was Ansbach, Germany (wish you were there battle buddy, but me and Webb had a good time partying it up in Europe).
