Is there any online training of any sort for 25U? My unit has no use for my MOS so all I do is paperwork and would actually like to learn how to be a 25U. I know very little even after AIT. I hope they fix the length of 25U training so that we don’t get told we will learn most stuff at our units.

In case you start training civilian IT stuff (shamelss plug):

Ask your S6 personnel about classes you can attend in sister-units or on base. Ask about shadowing senior Soldiers as well.
Let us know if you need more.

You are in an MOS where all the training applies to you, and your options are limitless.

This is so true. Anything that connects to a computer, radio, or RF is a 25U's business somehow.

While I was at fort Campbell, I went to Net+ and Sec+. I’ve operated as a retrans guy, comsec custodian, help desk technician, CPN/STT operator, and JNN operator. Technically, it’s a “General commo” MOS. But you can be useful anywhere.
