If a soldier has an AA flag on his or her ERB can said soldier still be chaptered for height and weight or would that flag for adverse action effect the chapter process?

PVT Mark Zehner - I think I understand. I thought it had to do with the civilian type of affirmative action.

SrA John Monette it may now but this is what it use to be used for. Considering he asked about the height and weight just guessing it's a physical fitness test. Without more information it's a guessing game

PVT Mark Zehner - that is true. he should state what the flag was for, specifically

SrA John Monette I was just told it means adverse action. I agree part of a question can only get part of the answer

So that flag would probably need to be taken off first?

PV2 (Join to see) from what I understand though is most AA flags get removed when the punishment is completed
