I enjoyed being cook. The shift I worked varied but typically 0200-1500 and then 1400-2100 or later.

Being a cook has its ups and downs. I love it. I love cooking and watching people enjoy their meals. It's an MOS that people hate, but also like at the same time. Having coffee in the field in the morning too having a hot meal versus an MRE. Death From Within!!

Cooking is a passion. if you are not willing to make the sacrifices of sleep and thankfulness from your warriors then stay out of this mos. this isn't a mos that thinks me first this is a selfless mos as well as one of servitude.
