...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM CDT MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Freeze
Warning, which is in effect from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Monday.

* TEMPERATURES...As low as 30.

* TIMING...Overnight tonight into the morning hours Monday.

* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota, north
central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Temperatures tonight/Monday morning are expected to dip to near
freezing, which may damage sensitive vegetation.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

An active pattern over the next several days is expected to keep us
wet. The next system that could generate heavy rain will reach the
region Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

* At 7:46 AM Saturday the stage was 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.6 feet by
Sunday morning. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* At 18.0 feet...117th St between 395th and 400th Ave is flooded.

* At 7:45 AM Saturday the stage was 17.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.7 feet by
Sunday evening. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* At 17.5 feet...The water reaches the bottom of the bridge 2 miles
north of the gauge.
