Having been SAC most of my career, Omaha was like a second home plus wife had relatives in Council Bluffs.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen I breifed KC-135s. 707s. and many times OFF. Did you love flying and B-52S. My dad worked with SAC and with TitanIIs. And do any of these still exist? He worked at the site that blew up. Happy Memorial Day!!!

SSgt (Join to see) Liked B-52 since it was my first aircraft, but reserve love for FB-111. Sadly all the things your dad worked with no longer exist. When I was at Grand Forks and pulled generation duty in the Command Post I got to know someone from the Missile Wing who had brought the last Titan II down from alert status. I just finished a vodka shot in memory of my friend who was killed during Linebacker II, enjoy the rest of your Memorial Day.
