I am currently in the process of constructing a WOFT packet and it turns out I need a moral waiver for a speeding ticket I got 5 years ago (before the army) and was hoping someone would be able to provide some advice on how to structure one or even provide an example

Good afternoon, there’s a template on the USAREC website. You’ll need paperwork from the courthouse to accompany the memo. I had to apply for the same waiver and it was approved, so if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

SGT (Join to see) click on his profile and “Connect” with him, then you’ll be able to message him.
You can also get with your recruiter and ask him for a template. They normally have samples that others have used with then correct Header, Office Symbol, the Thru information, etc.
